How to place an order?

Does Xalydo help with interior design as well?

Yes, we can visit your space for measurements and help you with the placement of the product(s) at a charge in Delhi NCR. The price would vary for other cities.

Where can Xalydo’s products be seen?

We have showroom at Vatika City Market, Sec 49, Gurgaon, where we showcase various home products in different finishes. Please contact us to make an appointment.

Which cities does Xalydo deliver to?

We deliver in Gurgaon and Delhi. We take special requests for long distance orders.
In case of bigger orders, we can ship to other cities if it is economical for the customer.

What is the estimated delivery time?

The production and delivery time is 4-6 weeks depending on the product.

How to track an order?

We send regular updates via email, showing what stage your product is at.
For delivery, we coordinate with the customer via email or WhatsApp.

What warranty does Xalydo provide?

We provide a 1 -year warranty on the structure. The warranty does not include regular wear and tear.
Hardware warranty would be as per the corresponding manufacturer. 

How to customize a product?

Please email us your requirements at wecare@xalydo.com or visit us at 23, Vatika City Market, Sec 49, Gurgaon, Haryana.
We can do special customization based on dimensions and design, but the price might be higher than the displayed products.

Are there any delivery/installation charges?

If you are in Delhi and Gurgaon, the delivery/installation charge is included in the price of the product.
Transport would be charged on actuals, in case you are located anywhere else.

Is there an exchange/return policy?

No, we don’t provide any exchange/return policy since the product is customized and made-to-order.
In case of any manufacturing defects, return can be immediate.

Can the customer give their own material for construction of the product?

No, we don’t use customer’s material for construction, since, we have uniform quality. We use plywood, 1mm laminates, high quality veneers, Italian PU, and branded hardware. To sustain excellence, we use only certain vendors who give us a quality assurance on their products.

How to pay?

You can pay through cash, card, cheque, or bank/online transfer.
We generally take an 80% advance and a confirmation email after the approvals, for the commencement of production. You would be signing a contract as well.

Can the customer give their own design?

Yes, you can send us an image or a drawing and we can help you with the manufacturing, if possible.
We would have freedom to modify the product to make it more feasible and suitable for your space. Please note that customized products might be a little more expensive.

Is it possible to change or amend an order once it is placed?

The customer is strongly advised to direct all queries (e.g. raw materials chosen etc.)/modification requests (if any) regarding specifications of the furniture to us prior to design confirmation and advance payment. Modifications will not be feasible after order confirmation.

Do you offer any discounts (first order/bulk/professional)?

We don’t offer discounts on single products as our costs have been optimized to offer the best prices. Discount is available for bulk purchases only. Please contact us on +91 9871666508 and email us at wecare@xalydo.com.

Is it possible to get a Xalydo product re-polished or repaired?

Yes, you can get your Xalydo products re-polished and repaired on a chargeable basis.
